this place is a disaster! a receptionist with absolutely dismal English, and i found dirty spots on the pajama. i expected a complimentary upgrade or at least a welcome gift after this fiasco, but no, nothing! i almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

This place is right near all the action, just a quick stroll from the subway. We loved the room with a washer, it saved our trip! Also, the breakfast buffet? So good, seriously can’t miss it. Just wish the carpets were a bit cleaner, but who’s complaining when the staff's this nice?

the tokyo stay has a very good location with trendy bars and restaurants nearby. the hotel felt luxurious and was super clean. the washer/dryer in the room was a lifesaver, making laundry convenient. i loved the ambiance created by the beautiful lighting too.
